Sometimes, when you're going through a lot, and the weight of the world is bearing on your soul, it is a feeling of being drenched. As if you're carrying extra bulk from the constant storms of life, becoming fully submerged in the pains of survival. This album was spawned after a similar period in my own life, and my music helped carry me out of these storms and onto brighter days.
